These terms govern your use of Skilyo, operated by Hridtech Private Limited. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You may create a profile, get skills verified and apply to jobs for free. You confirm that the information and résumé you provide are truthful and your own. Verification assessments must be completed by you, without prohibited assistance.
You may post genuine roles and review candidates. Job posts must be lawful, accurate and non-discriminatory. You must handle candidate data responsibly and only for legitimate recruitment.
Publishing job posts requires credits, purchased in INR through Razorpay. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Payment terms and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
A verified badge means a candidate passed a timed, integrity-monitored skills assessment at a point in time. It is a useful signal, not a guarantee of employment, competence, or fitness for any specific role. Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions.
Do not misuse the platform: no fraud, scraping, cheating on assessments, impersonation, harassment, malware, or attempts to break security. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the service. The Skilyo name, brand and platform are owned by Hridtech Private Limited.
We provide a marketplace and tools. We do not guarantee that a candidate will be hired or that an employer will fill a role.
To the extent permitted by law, Skilyo is provided "as is", and our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have primary jurisdiction. If you use Skilyo from the United Kingdom, this does not remove the mandatory statutory protections and consumer rights available to you under UK law.
