Why we exist

Hiring in AI and deep-tech is broken by noise. Résumés are easy to inflate, and AI-generated applications make it harder than ever for employers to tell real skill from claimed skill. Skilyo fixes that by putting verification at the centre: candidates earn a skills-verified badge through a timed, integrity-monitored assessment, so employers hire from a trusted pool and genuine talent stands out.

What we do

• For candidates — build a profile, get your skills verified, and apply with a badge that proves what you can do. You always see where your application stands. We never ghost.
• For employers — post roles and search a pool of skill-verified candidates, with transparent smart-matching, hiring analytics and optional blind screening to reduce bias.
