Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales from the real estate industry for our Navi Mumbai location and Thane Kalpataru 

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales team 
Handle team targets and ensure sales closures

Guide and motivate team members for performance improvement

Conduct client meetings and site visit coordination

Develop strong local market understanding and broker network

Maintain daily sales reports and team performance tracking

Coordinate with management for business growth strategies

 communication and leadership skills
