Published in full, including the parts that make the badge sound smaller than a marketing page would.
These come straight from the assessment configuration, not from a marketing page, so they cannot drift out of date.
A badge is evidence of demonstrated ability in one track on one day. It is not a measure of seniority, communication, judgement or fit, and it does not replace an interview.
We call the assessment integrity-monitored, not proctored. Tab changes and pasting are logged and flagged. There is no webcam and no screen recording, and we will not describe it as something stronger than it is.
Skilyo has no completed placements of its own yet, so there are no case studies here and no testimonials.
That the candidate answered enough questions correctly, in one timed sitting, in a named track, to pass a published mark. The score is kept on record and shown to employers. It is evidence of demonstrated ability in that track on that date.
Seniority, communication, teamwork, or fit for a particular role. No assessment substitutes for an interview, and Skilyo does not claim otherwise.
No, and Skilyo does not use the word. It is integrity-monitored: leaving the tab and pasting into an answer are logged and flagged for review. There is no webcam and no screen recording.
No. Grading happens on the server and correct answers are never sent to the browser. Questions are drawn at random from a larger pool, so two candidates rarely see the same paper.
Nothing is published. A failed attempt does not appear on the profile and employers do not see it. The candidate gets their score so they know the gap.
Each verified track carries an issue date and a validity date one year out. Employers see both, so an old badge is visibly old rather than silently stale.
No. Verification is free for candidates, permanently. Employers pay to post roles; candidates are never charged.
