Transparency report

We tell candidates that the roles here are real and that nobody gets ghosted. Those are checkable claims, so here are the numbers behind them, straight from our database, with the sample size next to each one. Where we do not yet have enough data to publish a number honestly, we say so instead of rounding up.

How these are measured

Every figure is computed live from our own records at page load, not from a survey. "Led to a hire" counts postings where an employer marked an applicant as hired, so it undercounts roles filled and never marked. "Days to a reply" measures from the moment a candidate applies to the first time an employer changes the application status. "Reached a shortlist" includes candidates later hired, since a hire passes through a shortlist. Verification counts only completed, timed assessments — abandoned attempts are excluded.

We publish these because the alternative — asking people to trust a job board on its word — is what made this market untrustworthy. If a number here looks bad, it is still the real one.
